Kolfv will provide a full refund, including the cost of any damaged, defective or misshipped items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us directly to help process your return.

If you are not satisfied with the product, Kolfv will refund the return fee in full. Within 15 days of receiving your item, please contact our Customer Service Department to initiate the return process. Items must be returned in their original condition (if they comply with the return policy).

How to return and refund?

Submit a return request to Customer Service within 15 days of receiving your order by contacting us. Please include the reason for return and photo for verification.

Once we have approved your request, please return the product to the address provided by our support team. Please send by local post within 15 days.

When we receive a returned package, we will inspect the item to ensure that it is in its original condition and has the issues described in the return request.

Once confirmed, the refund will be returned to the original payment method within 5-7 business days (processing time depends on your payment method and bank). Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, due to the current situation, your refund will take an additional 1-3 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.


* The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and bear the original label. We cannot process returns of any defective items.

* Since all items (including standard sizes) are custom made, we cannot accept a "buy more save one" purchase method. Our customer service team can cancel orders that are deemed to have this intent.

* We reserve the right to refuse returns if we receive an unacceptable condition or without our prior knowledge.

* We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned items, please keep the receipt and tracking information.

Point out in particular

Customers must first send a clear photo or video of the damaged or defective product as well as the shipping packaging in order for us to consider your return request. Please use good lighting and approach a medium distance so that we can identify and verify the problem, please contact us.

To qualify for a return, please contact us first.

Foreign exchange policy

We do not currently offer exchange services for any products. Because all items are custom made, we do not have ready-made shirts or products that can be exchanged for your return. You will need to return the unwanted item (if it complies with the return policy) and place a new order for the replacement item. All new orders are subject to the current production cycle.

Cancel the policy

All of our items are made to order, including standard size items, with this in mind, please refer to our cancellation policy as follows:

• Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled after 1 day.

• Full refund for cancellation within 24 hours of payment.

• Cancellation 24-72 hours after payment :80% refund + shipping fee.

• Cancellation 72-96 hours after payment :50% refund + shipping fee.

• Cancellation > 96 hours after payment: Only shipping fee will be refunded.

• Once your order has been sent, it cannot be cancelled.
